NICE: The Nashville International Center for Empowerment (NICE) is an organization in Davidson County that welcomes refugees through the US State Department's Refugee Admissions Program and provides programs and services for refugees and immigrants to thrive in their new community. Conexion Americas: Conexion Americas is an organization in Davidson County with a mission to connect and build bridges between the Latino and native-born residents of Middle Tennessee. They have a free job board for employers to share their employment opportunities with clients. Reach out to their Workforce Development Team to learn more about partnering as an employer.

Working Mission: exists to grow and develop a sustainable foundation for the refugee and international communities, equipping them through intentional relationships, agricultural programs, language and job development.

Catholic Charities: Refugee and Immigration Services is now one of the largest Catholic Charities programs with a third of the Catholic Charities staff working in this area.

Tennessee Youth Employment Program 2024: Tennessee's Youth Employment Program links any young adult in Tennessee aged 14-24 with employers in diverse industries across the State. The program is designed to create meaningful employment opportunities for young individuals by matching employers with talent who align perfectly with their business requirements. The State pays the first $4,000 of the youth's wages!

YWCA of Middle Tennessee: The Career Services program of the Family Learning Center helps individuals explore career options and develop meaningful career plans to reach personal and professional goals. By utilizing a supportive and empowering approach, the staff helps clients gain independence and greater financial stability through employment. They provide FREE career coaching support to both employed and unemployed individuals, clients looking to grow or change careers, recent graduates, and individuals with any experience level.

Fort Campbell: The Fort Campbell Spouse Employment Center provides individualized support and guidance to help military spouses begin or advance in their careers. Whether a spouse has never worked before, has gaps in employment, encounters obstacles to employment, or is a licensed professional seeking employment after a Permanent Change of Station move, there are resources available to help spouses achieve their career goals. Services include employer referrals, job fairs and other hiring events, resume reviews, and more.

Tennessee Small Business Development Center: TSBDC's mission is to provide you with high-quality consulting and training solutions to start, grow, and sustain your business. They are a network of centers, conveniently located in a community near you. Their consultants provide no-cost virtual and in-person business consulting, training, and resources to help for-profit businesses of any size start, grow, and sustain their business.
